HOW DO I OPEN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT?

This technique works for WonderFlex, NuFlex, MiniFlex 2, and MiniFlex 3 models. You can also try wearing rubber gloves for improved grip. Please contact us if this technique does not work:

1) Open the battery compartment by pushing outwards with both thumbs on the compartment cover.

Try not to press downwards as you push outwards, and you can try wearing rubber or nitrile gloves for improved grip. 

2) If that doesn't work, nudge the battery cover open with a dime at the base of the battery cover as shown below. 

Note: some battery covers will look different, but the principle is to use a thin, dull object to nudge the cover open at the base. Once it is released here, it will open easily. You will probably only need to do this the first time you open it.
