We have many products in development, and as a company, it is our policy not to accept any unsolicited submission of product ideas to avoid any possible misunderstandings or disputes should Mighty Bright products seem similar to such unsolicited ideas. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter or email says, the following terms shall apply to your submission:
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Mighty Bright, without compensation; (2) Mighty Bright may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Mighty Bright to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
