This floor lamp has a weighted base so there isn’t a chance for it to tip over. Has a choice of warm or cool tone brightness. And the magnifier is perfect for I need it for…I stitch.

The lamp has an 8” diameter base connected to a 32” solid post and a 13.5” adjustable gooseneck. The magnifier head is 7.5” in diameter with 59 individual LEDs. 57" maximum height when fully extended and the magnifier head can be adjusted to 34" at its lowest point (in a horizontal plane).

I am a lover of the clip on Mighty Bright for my needle work. Unfortunately, I left it behind however on vacation and made the splurge to get the standing magnifier with light adjust capabilities. My gripe is the small bubble on the main magnifier distorts your ability to focus within the entire viewing area on your project. This is not represented well or at all in the stock pictures prior to purchase. I believe offering the product without that distracting bubble, and in black (less medical lamp looking) plus extending the length of the adjustable neck would produce an all around better product. Lastly, I purchased an additional lamp & had it mailed to my father for Father’s Day and his observation (70+yrs old he is) was the instructions came in a very, very small print which seems super silly given the nature of the product being a magnifier that should really be addressed so customers don’t struggle to put the lamp together unable to read the small print.
